How long does it take to ship?

We take about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.

More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less

If any sudden changes, we will notify you.

How much of my purchase will go towards the charity?

When you purchase an item from our charity line, only the money used for production is deducted. The rest is all donated towards that specific charity. 

We continually look for the most cost effective and environmental and social continuous production methods. 

We’ve chosen to use on demand services to produce as little waste as possible and print on the highest quality shirts or products. 

Depending on the product 20-40% of the sale price will be donated towards the specific charity.  
 

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds. If a product is delivered defective we will offer a refund or send a new product out soon.

We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.

Do Customs Fees Apply?

Yes, customs duties may apply if applicable.

It will also depend on your location and purchase amount. Sorry for the inconvenience as these are beyond our control.

We can’t mark orders as gifts or undeclare the actual value.

Yes, please be aware depending on which country you order you may have to pay customs fees when you receive the orders. This depends entirely on the destination country and it’s beyond our control.

 

Which product are a part of the charity line?

Each product that is a part of the charity line has a little arrow and charity or cause outlined below the product. 

You also have the choice to donate directly to that charity. Link is provided to the charity website.  

What product quality should I expect?

We pride ourselves on high quality products, only using premium quality items for our t-shirts, Hoodie, Hats, Beanies and more. (American Apparel, Bella + Canvas, Champion, Anvil among others).
 

How do I donate to a charity?

You can donate directly to a charity by following the link on the website below the product listing. We do not take direct donations.

However all of charity line sales are donated directly to that cause.
